Park Provisions

Along with the new Lodge, Gulf State Park also got some new eating options.
- At Foodcraft, soak in the sun on the patio or grab a seat in the energetic atmosphere inside. In either spot, indulge in local bounty, including produce and products from area farmers and just-caught seafood from Gulf fishermen.
- If you’re after a more upscale experience, snag a table at Perch where you can feast on stunning Gulf views before diving into the dinner offerings like oyster Ceasar salad and flash-fried whole lionfish with okra, tomatoes and crawfish cream that rely on freshest, seasonal ingredients.
- Recharge with a cup of premium Joe or wind down with a glass of vino at Roasted Oak Coffee and Wine Bar, which also offers homemade baked goods and light lunch fare during the morning and mid-day, as well as bar bites to pair with a selection of wines and craft beers in the evening.
- And you don’t even have to go far from the water to sate the hunger caused by swimming (or sunning) thanks to the snacks and sips at the Dragonfly Pool Bar and Grill.
And The Green Keeps Going: Just like at the rest of the property, all of The Lodge’s restaurants are committed to sustainable practices. They participate in the Zero Single Serve Initiative, which promotes discontinuing the offering of single-serve items to guests. They also practice local sourcing and invasive species fish harvesting to help eliminate non-indigenous species from the Gulf.
